RNC are continuing their investigation into a fatal crash on Mayor Avenue early Friday morning that claimed the life of a 24-year-old passenger.
RNC say the 21-year-old driver showed signs of impairment and his licence was suspended. The driver and two others were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The victim has been identified as a young man from Bangladesh who was working and studying in the capital city.
