A 44-year-old man is without his license after the RCMP clocked him driving well over the speed limit near Gander.
Police pulled the man over around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. They say he was doing 137 km/h in an 80 km/h zone along Gander Bay Road.
The driver was ticketed for excessive speeding and his license was suspended.
Meanwhile, the RNC pulled a woman over yesterday evening who they say was going at excessive speeds down the highway.
The 52-year-old woman was pulled over near Thomas Pond after she was clocked at 151 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.
She was ticketed for speeding and her vehicle was impounded.
