Parents on the Avalon Peninsula will be able to register their kids for Kinderstart and Kindergarten next week.
Government announced a pause in the registration process last May, following concerns raised in the Privacy Commissioner’s report into the 2024 PowerSchool privacy breach.
Registration will open next Wednesday at 9 a.m., and will be open until the end of the day on Thursday.
Registration will happen simultaneously for the English and French streams.
NL Schools reminds that to register, all children must be turning 5 on or before December 31st, 2027.
Families needing assistance for any reason should contact their zoned school for assistance.
