The RCMP is seeking help from the public identifying a man who they say cashed in break-open lottery tickets that were reported stolen in Gander over the summer.
Just after 6:00 a.m. on July 16th a man was captured on video surveillance cashing in the items, which were taken during a break-in at another store several hours earlier.
The man was wearing a dark-coloured jacket and a white baseball hat at the time.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to contact the RCMP at 709-256-6841.
An investigation into the stolen lotto tickets is ongoing.
