The NLC has issued an emergency recall on a brand of wine due to yeast contamination.
NLC says preliminary information indicates that the potential health implications, particularly for those who are immunocompromised, are being assessed.
The recall involves a single lot code (L261007 1N) of Jackson-Triggs Cabernet Sauvignon.
Liquor Stores and Liquor Express locations have been instructed to take all affected stock off the shelves.
Anyone who has an affected bottle is being asked not to drink it and to return the product to their nearest NLC Liquor Store for a full refund.
