The MHA for Burgeo-LaPoile is seeking answers about the poor condition of the Burgeo Highway.
A committee has been struck to meet with government to address their concerns.
Minister Barry Petten understands that residents want the road paved.
“The bottom line is, he wants that road paved, they all want their road paved and I get it, I do really get it. As part of the roads program, we do assessments every year. The roads program is going to be coming out again in the new year…officials are gathering that information. We’ll get to that then.”
