Three different players scored in each period as the Newfoundland Regiment emerged with a 3-0 win over the Charlottetown Islanders at the Mary Brown’s Centre on the weekend to split the series.
The home team was outshot 36-31 in what was a chippy affair with lots of penalties and a few dustups.
The Regiment host Moncton this Thursday and Friday at 7:00.
