The Ocean Ranger Legacy Foundation is holding its second annual meeting today in St. John’s.
The Foundation was established a few years ago with the goal being to bring artifacts and archival information from the disaster back to the province.
All 84 men on board the Ocean Ranger lost their lives when the oil rig sank during a violent storm in February 1982.
Today’s meeting is taking place at the Marine Institute at 7 p.m.
Those who cannot attend in-person can do so virtually.
