The province-wide fire ban will be lifted as of midnight tonight.
The ban was implemented last week when there was a high forest fire iIdex and a number of fires burning in Labrador.
While the umbrella ban is being lifted, people are being reminded to check the Forest Fire Index before lighting any outdoor fires.
