The public tender for a new location for a library in the capital city’s west end closes today.
The province had to go back to the drawing board after a previous RFP failed to draw any interest.
The Michael Donovan Library on Topsail Road was forced to close its doors back in June when its lease expired. Minister of Education Paul Dinn said at the time that government’s preference would be to keep the high traffic library in the city’s west end.
A second RFP was issued and closes today.
