OilCo has issued a Request for Proposals for a “pre-front end engineering and design study” on a floating dry dock at the Bull Arm Fabrication
The RFP will evaluate the specifications, design concepts, costs, construction strategies and site requirements for a floating dry dock.
Government says it will also identify the infrastructure, equipment and workforce requirements needed for the construction of a floating dry dock and its long-term operation at Bull Arm.
Premier Tony Wakeham joined area MHA Jeff Dwyer and local mayors on a tour of the Bull Arm Fabrication site this morning.
